Lots new!

Seriously, there’s a lot of new stuff in all the sections… quotes is getting pretty busy pretty quickly, writings has stupid ramblings by me on various subjects, and even reviews has some new stuff in it now. Still working on getting the pubs ans prez and clippings updated though… those require a weekend to collect and organize stuff first.

BTW, I’m freaking amazed that some people actually read what’s on this site (but the feedback’s still scant)… that wasn’t the intention 😉 I though only I would be reading it! not.

Karma by Delerium and Amazon.com

Okay… now it’s not often that I find myself sitting in a restaurant and a bar and thinking about what what music they’re playing! So far it’s only happened twice. And the most recent time was for the album called Karma by Delerium. Needless to say I am impressed. Good mix of intrumental, vocal and experimental music. Now this is stuff I could get into while doing whatever else…

The other kudos for the day goes to Amazon.com for having the coolest site for helping me find stuff I like. Their recommendation engine is getting progressively better. Plus their review system and ability to rate stuff is superior to all. There have often been times when I want to get something I’ll now go directly to Amazon to find it since thus far, I’ve always had a good experience in buying stuff anf finding stuff there. Even in the cases when their shipping agent did screw up and not deliver the packages in time to New Delhi when I shipped international, their customer service folks pulled through and took care of stuff correctly. So kudos to Amazon.com.
